Anderson Dietrich

Anderson Dietrich, an Electrical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), built his professional career working in business, engineering, and project management in large oil and gas companies.

He has solid experience in implementing process management methodologies, with a strong focus on defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic and operational goals. Throughout his career, he has been involved in activity planning, allocation of financial, human, and infrastructure resources, as well as monitoring and analyzing the results of complex projects.

He has extensive experience in data analysis applied to decision-making, with the development of management dashboards, operational reports, data structures (DataMarts), and process automation with the support of technology. He also works in defining pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.

Until September 2025, he was responsible for the technology and product development area of ​​the Medless Group, leading the process that culminated in the sale of the group to a pharmaceutical company.

In addition to being a business planning consultant at Savitri Business Consulting, he is an investor in various projects and co-founder of the podcasts Health Talks and Danicast, as well as the "The Awakening" methodology.
