About the Savitri Business Consulting

Savitri Business Consulting was founded to transform strategy into concrete results. We are a management, finance, and M&A boutique that combines entrepreneurial vision, financial rigor, and practical execution to accelerate growth with control, predictability, and value creation.

Our origins carry a legacy of 36 years of excellence in oil and gas from C.S.E. Mecânica e Instrumentação S/A, the family's first company. After its sale to Aker Solutions S/A, a Norwegian company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, we carried out the complete divestment of the buyer's partners—a milestone that shaped our philosophy: to build solid, scalable businesses ready for liquidity events.

From November 2019 to September 2025, we acted as manager and partner of Medless. During this period, we structured the company from strategy to numbers, processes, and governance, already with an M&A vision. The plan was executed from start to finish, and the sale of the Medless Group was completed at the end of our involvement—consolidating Savitri's second M&A operation.

Today, we combine owner experience, investor mindset, and consulting discipline to support companies and entrepreneurs in strategic decisions, financial structuring, operational efficiency, and transactions (buy-side and sell-side). More than just guiding, we walk alongside them in the execution so that each goal becomes a result—and each result, market value.

We have an office with excellent facilities for in person meetings, including a meeting room and workstations for our team. We are located in downtown Curitiba, right in front Shopping Estação.
